LTI Engineering Sdn Bhd (“LTI”) was founded in 2001 as a sole proprietorship. Today, we are an established and reputable electrical and mechanical contractor firm registered under Malaysia’s Construction Industry Development Board (“CIDB”) with a Grade 7 and Suruhanjaya Tenaga with a Class A, with a strong and dedicated team of employees providing total engineering solutions and project management services to our clients. Our portfolio includes government buildings and complexes, stadiums and convention centers, shopping malls, high-rise residential developments, integrated developments, factories, power stations, telecommunication structures, data centers and more.
Accredited with ISO 9001:2015 for its Quality Management System and as a proud member of The Electrical & Electronics Association of Malaysia, we pursue to deliver excellence while strictly adhering to industry standards. Guided by our commitment to quality and excellence, we always aim to provide value added services to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction. Ting Liang Liang
Founder & Managing Director
Dato’ Paul Ting Liang Liang (“Dato’ Ting”) is the founder and managing director of LTI Engineering Sdn Bhd (“LTI”). Since its founding in 2001, Dato’ Ting has led LTI to become a successful and reputable player in the industry today. As the managing director, Dato’ Ting directs and controls the operations of LTI to ensure that LTI achieves its vision, mission and objectives while upholding its core values. He has brought to LTI prestigious projects including the Kuala Lumpur Convention Center, Bukit Jalil Sports Complex, Pavilion Bukit Jalil, KK City Waterfront, Royal Malaysia Air Force Base, Pavilion Damansara Heights Retail and many more.
Dato’ Ting has over two decades of experience in the construction industry. A graduate from The Nottingham Trent University of United Kingdom with an honours degree in Bachelor of Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Dato’ Ting started his early career as an electrical engineer in an electrical and mechanical consulting firm and subsequently served an electrical and mechanical contractor firm as a project engineer, before forming his own company.
